Oath-Eating

Oath-Eating is Seraphel Mordain’s ability to feed on voluntary vows and use them to strengthen rifts. It is most dangerous because consent, devotion, and faith can make the gate more stable.

Order of the Light

The Order of the Light is a disciplined protective force against rifts, Demon Gates, corruption, and the Infernum. Its warriors, seal-mages, and warding circles defend roads, cities, borderlands, and desperate evacuation lines.

Out-of-World Songs

Teutarya songs are artistic interpretations of the lore rather than songs literally performed inside Ardanor. They can echo characters, events, and emotions without needing to exist as in-world compositions.

Outer Watch of Marvalis

The Outer Watch of Marvalis lies above or beyond the city lights, where the city appears like a fragile constellation. It is suited for exile, departure, duty, and last-light imagery.

Resonance

Resonance is the way Aether responds to emotion, oaths, memory, guilt, faith, fear, or symbols. In Teutarya, magic often follows resonance more than mechanical spell rules.

Rhyngar

Rhyngar is a Teutaryan place name connected to oaths, lineages, and later protective traditions. It works especially well as a setting for noble duty, inheritance, and siege-like pressure.

Rift

A Rift is a tear in reality through which hostile forces, corruption, or influence from beyond the world can enter Ardanor. Rifts are among Teutarya’s core dangers and often require sealing, warding, or military containment.

Rift Node

A Rift Node is a stabilized point where rift energy gathers, repeats, or becomes easier to reopen. Such nodes are strategically dangerous because they can turn temporary breaches into lasting invasion routes.
